Save a flat explicitly, fill in missing details, track title deed information and keep observed price history. Your notes work locally in desktop Chrome. Optionally connect Google to create a dedicated spreadsheet, share it with your partner and use Google Sheets on your phone.

Price observations update when saved adverts are open or revisited. Eggrafaki does not monitor closed adverts. Information extracted from adverts should be checked with the seller.
