If the panel is missing, refresh an English-language Bazaraki advert and check the extension’s site access. For Google issues, open Google Sheets settings and read the sync message. Keep a local backup until the shared copy is verified.

Do not send access tokens, passwords or a full property backup. Sync details include a spreadsheet identifier; share them only privately when needed. Removing a flat hides it and keeps its notes; the privacy policy explains complete erasure.
