Privacy policy

Eggrafaki helps you keep a personal list of properties from Bazaraki, with optional synchronization to a Google spreadsheet you choose.
Data used for your property list
On supported Bazaraki advert pages, Eggrafaki reads the advert identifier, URL, title, description, location, publication date and property characteristics to show a preview. Unsaved previews stay in memory. When you add a flat, it saves a snapshot, your corrections and their sources, custom details, status, viewing appointment, next action, comments, optional comment author name, and timestamps. On visits to saved adverts it updates the snapshot and records observed advertised prices. Descriptions or notes may contain names, addresses, contact details or messages that you or the advertiser supplied.
These records are stored in Chrome’s local extension storage. Connection settings include the spreadsheet identifier and a randomly generated device identifier used to coordinate edits. Eggrafaki does not read your general browsing history, email, passwords, payment details, or device location. It has no advertising, analytics or tracking services.
Optional Google connection
Only when you choose to connect Google, Chrome’s identity service obtains an OAuth access token for the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permits access to files created or used with Eggrafaki, rather than all your Drive files. Tokens are used for Google API requests and are managed by Chrome; Eggrafaki does not save them in property records or backup files.
Saved records, including retained removed flats and record history, are sent directly over HTTPS to the Google Sheets API. Edits made in the spreadsheet are read back into local storage. The publisher does not operate a server receiving these records or tokens. Google processes the spreadsheet and account connection under its privacy policy. People you give access to the spreadsheet can read its contents, including hidden tabs; hidden tabs are not an access-control boundary.
Use and disclosure
Data is used only to provide the property list, notes, price observations and synchronization you request. It is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to assess creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Eggrafaki’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Eggrafaki also follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. The publisher does not access your property records unless you choose to provide them, for example in a support request.
Retention, removal and your choices
Local records remain until removed from Chrome storage. Disconnecting Google stops future synchronization and clears the extension’s cached authorization, but does not delete local data or the spreadsheet. You can also revoke access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
Removing a flat from the list is reversible and does not erase it: notes, hidden records and history remain. For full erasure, disconnect all installations, uninstall them, remove exported backups, and delete the dedicated spreadsheet and empty its Google Drive trash. Google may retain data under its own policies. Collaborator copies are outside Eggrafaki’s control.
Backups are plain JSON. Local records and backups have no additional encryption layer supplied by Eggrafaki. Protect them using your device and account security. You can export and import your local records without connecting Google.
